What Is UTA On Demand?
UTA On Demand is a curb-to-curb microtransit service in 6 zones across UTA’s service area. It connects riders with other transit services like TRAX, FrontRunner, or bus, and other destinations inside the service zones. It is intended to help with first- and last-mile connections, local connectivity, and access to key neighborhood destinations.
UTA On Demand is adding a new zone in North Utah County on Fall Change Day, August 16, 2026! Learn more below.

- The zone covers an area of 77.3 square miles and includes several key destinations including Lehi FrontRunner Station, American Fork FrontRunner Station, Primary Children’s Hospital - Lehi, Saratoga Springs Emergency, Eagle Mountain Senior Center, Lehi Junior High, Vista Heights Middle School, Lake Mountain Middle School, Willowcreek Middle School, and American Fork Junior High.

FAQs
About the Service
UTA On Demand is a curbside service, so you'll be picked up and dropped off close to your destination.
Not necessarily. This is a shared ride service, so you may board with other passengers already in the vehicle, or the vehicle may stop along the way to pick up others. The app matches multiple riders headed in a similar direction into a single vehicle, allowing for quick and efficient shared trips.
Wait times can range from 15–30 minutes during periods of high demand, so please plan ahead to make sure you have enough time to reach your destination.
Riders must be 13 years of age or older. Children under the age of 13 can ride when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
UTA On Demand uses a platform designed and managed by Via.
